Moonnox is led by a founding team with deep expertise in enterprise consulting and Salesforce strategy. CEO Robert Ong began his career at Bluewolf, where he spent seven years before co-founding CloudMasonry, a full-service Salesforce consulting firm. At CloudMasonry, he grew the company from 2 to 50 employees and scaled revenue to over $8M in just four years. CTO David Cotten, a certified Salesforce Technical Architect, also spent a decade at Bluewolf as Managing Director of North American Delivery. He later served as Chief Customer Officer at Tier1 Financial Solutions, a PE-backed firm that was successfully acquired by SS&C Technologies in 2022. Chief Strategy Officer Glen Stoffel helped launch Bluewolf’s Salesforce practice and played a key role in scaling the business to a $200M+ acquisition by IBM. Post-acquisition, he expanded Bluewolf’s European footprint—growing from 3 to 8 offices and increasing revenue 7x in just two years. Together, the team brings decades of consulting, technical and go-to-market experience to the Moonnox mission. The team’s firsthand experience in this space—and their early discipline around customer feedback, onboarding and roadmap prioritization—gives us confidence in their ability to scale with focus and adaptability.
